Cool weather is moving in and it’s about that time for the first hearty fall brunch of the year. This is hands down my favorite time of the year. Making crowd pleaser recipes always gets your family and friends together. Today, I will be sharing a few of my crowd pleaser recipes that will surely put smiles on faces.
Another sweet treat I have for you. I’m collaborating with the one and only Rosie with ”I Heart Recipes’. Rosie will be making ”Sweet Potato Pie Cinnamon Rolls” Oh…my it’s looks divine.
To get Rosie’s recipe visit her blog at I Heart Recipes.
Ham and Cheese Slider’s are a favorite in our home. The recipe is quick, simple and easy. All you need is a few staples that you may already have on hand.
Water Rolls or (Hawaiian Rolls)
Cheese Swiss or (Mozzarella)
Mayo (I used Miracle Whip)
Cut your rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet. After mixing your wet ingredients, spread the mixture on the top and the bottom of each roll. Put your ham and cheese on each roll. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Crustless Broccoli Quiche is another fave…..It’s perfect for anytime of the day or any occassion.
For 4 ramekins, I will be using 9 large eggs. Just remember 1 and a 1/2 egg for each ramekin.
9 Large eggs
Sharp Shredded Cheese
Broccoli Florets (chopped bite size)
Half and Half Milk to cut down on calories. Mix all of your ingredients pour your mixture in your ramekin or pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
This year’s tablescape theme was ”Fall Rustic Glam”! The mixes of wood, silver cream and gold sings glam to me. The table runner is some leftover fabric I had lying around. The table riser was an easy DIY the hubby did a while back. Using table risers adds height and lots of drama. The cream serving dishes were a #fabfind at Tjmaxx. The silver server was a Goodwill find for $20 and it’s sitting on a cake stand.
What’s in the blingy pumpkin bowl? The ultimate comfort food. Chicken and Dumplings….
Beverage Coolers are such a time saver in our kitchen. I placed different drinks inside so everyone can choose what they will like to have. It’s always kept cool and it’s out of the way.
