It’s overdue for an updated tour of a Laundry Room Organization. It’s been super crazy around our home with projects after projects but this was one project that needed to be completed and it took hardly no time at all. If you have been following me for a while you may have seen our Laundry Room closet organization before. It was filled with my coupon stockpile. Since then, I don’t do the extreme couponing any longer but…I still do coupon. Let me share some changes I have made in the space.
IKEA has these awesome air tight storage containers that you can get the Design Hakan Olsson, see right HERE. They’re are great to use in the pantry, garage, craft room and virtually anywhere. I’m using them to store my Oxi Clean tabs, washing machine cleaner and magic erasers.
Rubbermaid under shelf storage basket, holds little items that can sometimes get lost. You can literally put them in any place as long as you have a shelf and you can get one HERE. I painted it this Mint Green color to match the rest of the accessories in the laundry room.
Walmart has the cutest Mason Jar Drink Dispenser. I see them all over the internet and wanted to give it a whirl. The bulk of our detergent is in our garage.
Mop and Broom Holders, are a must especially if you have no place to store them. Having this organizer helps to keep the mop and broom off the floor. There’s even hooks to hold scrub brushes like my tile and grout cleaning brush. You can shop right HERE to get one!
One of my favorite changes I made was placing my new vacuum Shark Professional Navigator Lift-Away Vacuum, Upright NV355 inside the closet. Having it here is much easier than going into the garage. If you’re in need for a great vacuum you can get one HERE.
There’s even storage room under our washer and dryer. All of my vacuum and carpet cleaner attachments are stored in there wire baskets I scored from the flea market for $1 each. I got a total of four. It’s all a matter of lifting the baskets out when I need to.
Trash bags, dryer sheets has a home as well. Laundry mesh bags and bra bags for washing are kept inside.
Clear containers are used to hold household items such as light bulbs, oil warmers, felt pads and cedar hearts to keep my drawers fresh. Stay inspired…Stay organized!
