I’m so excited to share I can’t stand it……
Goodwill, always have good FANTASTIC things! Like this 1998 Vintage Cracker Barrel Stoneware Tea Set. It screams ”Spring Time”! Unique items are always on my radar. When I saw this Turquoise Blue Cracker Barrel Plaid Gingham pitcher and mug set, immediately, I knew I wanted it. The gingham checkered pattern and the color had such a country feel. It’s a winner!
There it was sitting on the end cap, curiosity kicked in to know how much it was. Each piece was $.99 cents. Except the pitcher it was $2.99.
Early spring decor is in our kitchen. Everything is displayed on my Rustic DIY Open Shelving above our coffee station. I love having open shelving in this area. It allows your space to feel open but it also let’s me go willy-nilly on seasonal decor.
I LOVE…LOVE…LOVE…this quote! This plaque is from no other than a car wash. Yes….I shop while I’m getting my car detailed. My car wash has the most amazing home decor. I mean… things you will not find in retail stores. They even have a clearance section. I paid $7. Regular price $19.99.
Ms. Martha is the first vendor we stop at when we’re at the flea market. It’s so hard not to buy EVERYTHING….because her prices are amazingly low. Narrowing it down to just a few for now…lol! I got four of these rectangle dishes, for, wait…for it! ONE dollar. I know she beats Dollar Store prices…WHAT!!!
Little did I know. This plate is a Mid Century Modern 1970’s CUTCO Sizzle Steak Platter. They nest in metal and wood trays which is great for keeping your steak warm and it’s great for entertaining. The wood tray obviously didn’t come with it. But it’s okay because you can still fill a plate up with food, snacks, milk and creamer.
There’s so many benefits for shopping thrift. Especially if you love decorating seasonally. It allows you to develop your own sense of style and you get to experiment with color plus. It will not break the bank.
Esty and Ebay are wanting anywhere from $40-$60 dollars for a set of four.
